We aim to ensure your porcelain tabletops arrive safely, efficiently, and ready for commercial installation. All orders are delivered using secure palletised transport and are fully insured in transit.
Delivery charges are calculated at 10% of the basket total for all UK mainland deliveries. For offshore locations or non-mainland destinations, please contact our team for a tailored quotation.
Once your order is prepared for dispatch, our team will contact you to arrange delivery. We kindly ask that deliveries are accepted within 30 days of notification. Standard delivery windows are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Missed deliveries or failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
Commercial Delivery Information
All tabletop orders are delivered via pallet network or specialist commercial transport services. Deliveries are made to the site entrance, loading area, or kerbside access point depending on vehicle access and site conditions.
White glove delivery, installation, positioning, assembly, and packaging removal are not included.
The receiving party is responsible for ensuring suitable access, unloading facilities, and sufficient labour or equipment are available to safely receive the order.
- Suitable vehicle access for pallet deliveries;
- Safe unloading space and receiving area;
- Forklift, pallet truck, or adequate manual handling assistance where required;
- Clear access free from obstructions or site restrictions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate delivery access. Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to site restrictions, failed access, customer absence, or unloading limitations.
Professional Packaging
All porcelain tabletops are professionally packaged using heavy-duty protective materials designed for commercial pallet transport. Packaging is specifically engineered to protect porcelain surfaces, edges, and components during handling and transit.
Due to the weight and posibility of damage, tabletops should always be handled with appropriate care and lifting procedures during unloading and installation.
On Delivery Day
- Please inspect all goods carefully upon arrival before signing the delivery note.
- Any visible transit damage must be reported immediately and clearly noted with the driver at the time of delivery.
- Claims for visible transport damage may not be accepted once goods are signed for without notation.
- Please check quantities and packaging condition before accepting delivery.
Where possible, we recommend photographing any visible damage prior to unpacking.
Important Notes
- Tabletops are supplied for commercial installation and handling.
- A responsible representative must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Drivers may refuse delivery where access or unloading conditions present a safety risk.
- Additional delivery attempts or storage charges may apply for failed deliveries or delayed acceptance.
- Delivery services are limited to transportation and unloading only. Assembly, installation, tabletop fixing, positioning, and on-site fitting are the responsibility of the customer or appointed installation contractor.
